The staff were all pleasant to speak to.
My stay was quite disappointing. I found the mattress to be extremely hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the smoke alarm went off early in the morning, which was quite alarming. To top it off, the lift was broken when we checked out, making our departure a frustrating experience.

Nice getaway in Letterkenny 🇮🇪
Chommie at reception was such a lekker help, sorting out our room. The brekkie options were on point, full Irish sorted me out right quick. Plus, the bar was vibey with live music, had a jol!
The only bummer was the mattress, had a bit of a firm vibe to it, not the softest.

The room was modern and comfy, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day. I loved the live music in the bar and the cozy lounge area where I could relax with friends. One little hiccup was that the wifi was spotty, but that didn't ruin my fun! 🎶

The spacious and spotlessly clean room was a highlight, offering comfortable beds and temperature control for a pleasant stay. Breakfast included gluten-free options, and the food at the restaurant was wonderful, particularly the fresh vegetables served. While waiting during busier periods can be inconvenient, the central location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying nearby restaurants and pubs.

I really loved how welcoming the reception staff were. They made everything feel smooth upon arrival. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Letterkenny, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made it a great spot to relax after a long day. I had some trouble with the breakfast, as the hot items were overcooked. The buffet selection could have been a bit more varied too. It would have been nice to have more than one bath towel for two guests. that felt a bit lacking. The bar area was lively, and I enjoyed the live music there. there were nice touches, but some aspects definitely need attention, particularly with the breakfast offerings.

The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, taking the time to ensure I felt at home. Breakfast offered a great variety, including fresh fruits and yogurts to kickstart the day. The bar had a lively atmosphere with fantastic drink options! 🎉
The fire escape stairs seemed unfinished, which was a disappointing detail compared to the overall hotel's standards.

The bathroom in the family room is surprisingly cramped, offering little space for toiletries, which can be a nuisance for families. I noticed issues with room cleanliness. one of the towels had a noticeable stain, and the iron was in such terrible condition that it ruined my trousers. while the dinner options were varied, the execution was inconsistent—some meals were disappointingly bland, and others didn't quite hit the mark. There's also a €5 charge for parking, which seems a bit off considering most nearby spaces were empty.

Amazing stay with the fam!
The suites were huge and super comfy, giving us lots of space to chill. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, which was awesome. Food was top-notch, especially the special diet menus they offered! The only thing I noticed was that the WiFi was a bit slow at times.
